Padmasri Dr. B. V. Raju Institute of Computer Education:
Padmabhushan Dr. Bhupathiraju Vissam Raju (Padmabhushan Dr. B. V. Raju) is the originator and director of the Dr. BV Raju Foundation and the B.V. Raju Institute of Technology. Two groups have been set up: one at Narasapur in Medak (Dist) in 1997, where a designing school has been set up called B.V. Raju Institute of Technology, and the other at Bhimavaram which incorporates a drug store school, a PC programming division, a building school for ladies and a dental school.
On 27 November 2004 the legislature of Andhra Pradesh set up its first District Knowledge Center (DKC), additionally called Jawahar Knowledge Center(JKC) under the grounds position mission. It is administered by the Institute of Electronic Governance at the school grounds and was initiated by the then boss clergyman Dr. Y S Raja Sekhara Reddy. The school JKC has been granted the Best JKC for the year 2007.
Library:
